Mazda Welcomes SMKN 12 Kab. Tangerang to Its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Event

Mazda recently held a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) event as a realisation of its global and PT Eurokars Motor Indonesia (EMI) vision & mission, which is to contribute back to communities where it operates, especially in the context of education sector.

Working in partnership with AIESEC (Association Internationale des Étudiants En Sciences Économiques et Commerciales) at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya which shares the same value with Mazda, the event was held at Mazda Tangerang on 14 September 2017 by inviting students from SMKN 12 Kab. Tangerang to gain deep knowledge and understanding on how Mazda dealership business is managed.

In the event which lasted nearly full day, students were presented with a series of knowledge concerning dealership business in Indonesia through a combination of classroom session and dealer tour:
• Sales & marketing operation
• Aftersales operation
• Body repair operation
• Parts management
• Stocks management

A Memorable Donation
Students were also introduced to Mazda’s long distinguished history and its four core pillars namely Skyactiv Technology, i-activsense, KODO design, and MZD Connect to really enable them to understand Mazda as a whole. They were visibly engaged to the whole activities in the event!

The event was concluded by a memorable donation from Mazda to SMKN 12 Kab. Tangerang in the form of Skyactiv-drive, a transmission which offers pleasurable and smooth driving sensation, unique only to Mazda. It is hoped that students would be able to explore more and to gain invaluable knowledge on Mazda’s advanced technologies.
